This next part is VERY important. You MUST do this BEFORE you start to make ANY web page. You must check this on ANY computer you use, whether it had Mozilla before you started or not. Follow these instructions:

First, open Composer: go to the WINDOW menu and select COMPOSER:

Next, go to the EDIT menu and select PREFERENCES from the bottom of the menu.

You will see this window:

MAKE SURE that the three buttons circled in red are NOT CHECKED. They must be OFF, or you will have problems. To change the top one, just click "Retain original source formatting."

Once you have done this, click the "OK" button.

Now you are ready to make a web page!
